Why use Integrity Pharmacy System? The MedPak system makes it easier for patients to remember to take their medications correctly. MedPak helps patients better manage their health conditions and care for themselves. In addition, MedPak gives patients and caregivers a safe, time-saving way to administer medications. Our pharmacists will review a patient's entire drug profile and check to make sure prescription combinations are safe.

Can the Integrity Pharmacy work with my doctor?
Yes. Getting prescription orders is safest and most accurate when we receive them directly from your physician(s). It is our goal to work with your doctor to maximize a healthier outcome for you, and we find that most doctors are very encouraging and supportive of the MedPak system. We are happy to send your doctor information on the Integrity Pharmacy MedPak system upon request. |
| How will I know when to take my medication?
Each packet in your dispensing box is assigned and printed with a specific date and time category (i.e., Breakfast, Morning, Lunch, Dinner or Bedtime), as well as the name and physical description of the contents. Will I receive safety information and instructions? Yes. You will receive complete information on precautions, drug interactions and side effects with each medication. How will I receive my Medications? An entire 30-day supply is either delivered to your home or you can come by our convenient drive thru window. How long does MedPak last? Each MedPak strip will contain your medications conveniently packaged for a 30-day time period. No more than 30 days can be packaged at a time due to required expiration dating of the MedPak packets. Even if your insurance will pay for more than 30 days at a time, MedPak cannot exceed this time duration. Will my prescriptions cost more? No, prescriptions are priced competitively with other retail pharmacies. Additionally, Integrity Pharmacy accepts most all insurance including Medicare Part D so your co-pay will remain the same. What happens when I have a medication change? Integrity Pharmacy is able to accommodate medication changes including the addition and/or removal of medication(s). Your Integrity Pharmacy customer service representative will work with you and your doctor to determine the best course of action. What if I run out of medication? / How do I reorder? Your Integrity Pharmacy representative will call you approximately 1 week prior to the start date of your next 30 day regimen. At that time, you and your Integrity Pharmacy customer service representative will discuss any changes that may have occurred since your last fill date. What is the Integrity Pharmacy Service Area?
